Always someone else is the problem? Come on supposed to be clean, and tested? Makes me wonder how good of a job they are doing , not to say 4 days to get the parts back ?? Old gasket material still stuck to the parts, wouldn't you clean those first and test. If OK the debris are not going into the clean parts !! Need more supervision and guidance in the process.
Hopefully this guy learns how to drive. Too eratic!
Very nice and helpful gentleman. My husband called to purchase a new one but they suggested that maybe the problem could be solved by cleaning it instead. We dropped it off and we got an estimate upfront , unfortunately they called the next day that the part was indeed broken and needed to be replaced. They only charged us a bad filter fee which was discussed upfront. My husband purchased the new part for less than was estimated on the site and now his truck is running again.
