Our Jaguar Diesel was taken into Jaguar Dealership for service warning lights. Repair estimate came in for $$$12,500.00 Parts and Labor to remove and replace Entire DPF, SCR and Numerous Sensor. Refused this Shop’ Work Order for repair!! Called Mike and he suggested to get the Codes from Service. Mike said to sent these Codes to him by text. Based on his knowledge suggests NOX levels too high. Suggests refilling DEF tank and Regenerating Computer. which another shop performed. NOX levels went down and warning lights removed.... read more
Doesnt know what he’s talking about, Confuses 7th injector with a def doser. Did the cleaning with him (full package) more expensive than competitors, doesn’t seem to have customers, and nothing got cleaned, same issue. Im sure he has an excuse for it, but I suggest you go Somewhere else where they also water clean and are actually used by freightliner dealerships.

Mike and his crew are the best, they treated me like family and went through each step that will get my truck in a better shape, zero guess work when my truck would have been done, the best shop l have been for my repairs, no dealer prices either
