We had a fantastic experience with DPF Centre Maitland. After engine troubles, another mechanic had informed us that the DPF was blocked and needed to be replaced, and quoted an eye-watering amount to fix it. We contacted DPF Centre for a second opinion. They ran diagnostics and found the DPF was fine, but something was wrong elsewhere (an auto-electrical issue). This place is great! Very helpful in diagnosing a DPF issue on my 2019 triton. Friendly and highly competent staff.
Rod and Tracey were amazing. Something was wrong with my Jeep and i got a very expensive quote from another place. But Rod took the time to look at my car and told me not to worry. He ordered the right piece and 2 days later my car was fixed. They have saved me so much money and headache. From now on this is the only place i will take my car to. 100% recommand
This team cares about doing the best thing for their customers. When I came with concerns and history of the car the team went above and beyond to fix causes of DPF fault rather than going straight into a full clean of the DPF. Doing due diligence saved money and time, I would absolutely recommend DPF centre.
These guys are amazing. if they cant fix it good luck trying to find someone who can.
