Always did me solid on the sewer jet trucks for the city of palm springs
Called the owner of this facility he was very helpful I didn't have a service done there Because I was farther than another location in San Diego. Very helpful & took the time to answer all my questions.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Shawn tried to pull the old "bait and switch" and tried to charge $1,200 for services that were clearly advertised in brochures as between $400-$600 for Level 4 cleaning. He claimed that he owned two businesses DPF Alternatives (a franchise) and some other business and that the second business had to charge for labor. Since DPF Cleaning really does not involve any parts and only labor his attempt to charge 2-3 times what was advertised is completely fraudulent. I have reported this bus... read more
