Very friendly service, and very helpful even after hours. Recomended.
This is a DPF service shop only, not a truck repair shop. The business is a secondary shop that a mechanic shop would send the DPF parts to after it has been disassembled. Vance is an organized friendly business man, whose business is run in that manner! I was able to come to the facility and learn more about the process. I called DPF alternatives immediately Vance answered the phone. We discussed my engine code, and both of us agreed that my issue was the DPF filter. He even went out of his way to send me a photo of a parts diagram of what I needed to be remove. And gave very explanative directions on how to remove it.
