I had DPF issues and i went a KW dealer on a Thursday afternoon and I was told that I had to wait till Monday for them to look at my truck. ( I had a delivery next day at 5:00am) I looked on Google for DPF repairs and I found DPF Alternatives of Maumee. Even though it was late I decided to call and Ron picked up the phone and even though he had to level because it was closing time he decided to wait for me. I got at 6:30 and he worked on my issue and fixed it very quickly. I highly recommend this service center David Kavanah
