I highly recommend this place! I Can’t say enough about Ryan and David of DPF Alternatives of Carlisle,PA. These guys knew I was losing money with the truck down and did everything they could to get me up and running. David actually met me after hours after his personal appointment to grab my DPF and DOC so he would have it first thing in the morning to get working on cleaning them. Needed my dpf filter cleaned, first two places we checked just read the code and recommended a full replacement. With some research decided to give cleaning a shot and so far trucks running great. Dave and Ryan kept in contact throughout, gave us videos showing the flow rate pre-clean and post, and helped set us up with a local shop for the pull and reinstall. I contacted this company for an SCR cleaning, they made promises and kept them! They also cleaned the customers DOC and DPF when the customer requested this service. I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks for doing what you said you would do.
Great Service! Ryan always appears same day when I call or email to pick up our DPFs & EGRs and turn around time is excellent as well. Pricing is quite reasonable compared to that of other businesses in the area. Highly recommend.
