I was experiencing issues with my 2019 F-350 and called Mark. After I explained the details, he quickly suggested an alternate route instead of pushing a DPF cleaning. He recommended Pittsburgh Power Max Mileage and also helped me understand the codes my OBDII scanner was showing. With his guidance, I was able to fix the issues. Been working with Mark almost a year now and I couldnt ask for a better experience or person to deal with. From getting filters cleaned to using max mileage fuel additive, hes always been very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I have had reguarding a def system if he didn't already know the answer he found out and got back to me with a response very quickly. They are very friendly and have very fast service and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs there filters baked and cleaned.
I have a 2016 Petebilt 579 that I was having repeated emission systems issues with. I had my DPF cleaned approximately 6 months ago, and this has eliminated my issues. Wish I had found them sooner! Mark is honest, and cares about his customers. Pittsburgh Power Max Mileage is sold here as well, which has improved by my DEF economy by approximately 80%, and is keeping running regens at a normal fuel economy.
