I paid upfront for a gun and 6 weeks later,still no gun..poor customer service at its worse!
ROXBORO Location- Prices too high, and refused to sell ammo because I was using my fiancé’s credit card, which I have permission to use. Told me it was a felony even if I have permission. Took my business to rock city guns where I will continue to go. There prices are better, they are more sociable ( I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into DPC and waited for 10-20 minutes before an employee wanted to assist me ) and they are more knowledgable then DPC employees.
I went into the store thinking how much I hate going into a pawn shop but they created me like family and I asked about hand gun they was straight forward and very helpful with my questions and gave me some answers I found very good info showed me different models and recommend a hand gun course to take and showed me a model I'll we be back in to buy I was happy with the service and I will tell everyone to go to the South Boston Virginia thank u to the guy that helped me
the guy and the lady there are rude as hell and act as if you are bothering them. no one wanted to take initiative or act like they appreciated business. Was yelled at, tried to belittle me and told me not to return over $3
