After having been messed around by another car dealer, I came across a car listed by DPA Motors on Autotrader. The only problem was that DPA Motors was 170 miles from me. Dan was quick to address any concerns and reassure me about the condition of the car, making it well worth the trip to purchase the vehicle. It’s rare to find dealers who put customer service first, and from start to finish, Dan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to him for a vehicle in the future.

You learn the quality of people not when things go well, but when they go wrong. The car I bought from DPA Motors had an issue that showed up pretty quickly. Immediately Dan came up with an acceptable solution, and sent me the money to put it right, no quibbles, no argument. Sure, the car shouldn't have had the problem, but these things happen. A sound bunch if people to do business with, thoroughly recommended.
A big thank you to Neil for sorting out an air conditioning regas on our Nissan while we waited! Top notch friendly service at a reasonable price, it's great to deal with a family business where service counts. We will be back and have no quarms in recommending your sales and service to others.
