We were referred to D&P in the summer of 2024 by E-Z Test Pool Supplies. We were struggling to keep our inground pool clean. We tried everything, but by mid-July 2024 it was evident the issue was the filter. D&P came out to assess the filter and diagnosed 2-broken laterals inside the filter. They took the filter apart, replaced the laterals and the sand. The pool never got much better. We called and had them come back out. I would highly recommend D&P Swimming Pools for any maintenance and service needs. I recently had an issue with a hot tub leak. They were able to get us an appointment the next day. There was a slight miscommunication on the time they were supposed to be here. The woman I worked with was able to set up a follow up call for when I could be home to meet with the technician. The tech (Keith) was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great business with great customer service.
Not a good experience.
Nasty pool closures. Refused to communicate when asked questions. Threw my plugs away without informing me why them asked for money for new ones. If you like nasty service men. This is company for you
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I started my research on in ground pools 3+ years ago and D & P Pools exceeded my expectations. Everyone was beyond professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the industry. Matt, Rick and the team answered all and any questions I had in a very timely manner (and there were A LOT!).
