10/10 top notch service and communication. If anyone says different they have unreal expectations and are probably a “Qualified Captain”.
If I could give a 0, I would. I guess if you are an existing customer he may be ok, but for a new customer he is horrible. I reached out and scheduled a lower unit service repair about 5 weeks ago, he claims parts were the problem after 2 weeks, which is funny to me since he never got my model number of my motor to even order the parts, no word from him for 2 weeks then last Friday he called said part was here. I highly recommend DP Marine Works! Daniel is a.very good mechanic at a reasonable.price. The service is very convenient since he comes.to your boat's location. He works.hard to keep your boat and storage area (eg , driveway) clean. He is adaptable and willing.to fix unusual issues. Daniel has a great attitude and easy to work with, very reliable. DP Marine Works is a great company to service and repair your boat!!
Highly recommend. Called them with pretty short notice for yearly service when I had some unexpected company coming to town. The work was done quickly at a more than fair price. The tech also pointed out a few items that weren’t necessarily urgent, but that I should keep an eye on. Again, I highly recommend!
Highly recommended! Extremely helpful and responsive. He was willing to assist me with my boat on the water on very short notice. I really appreciate it!
