I would give zero stars for reserve 77 and the management if I could. The manager was rude during the walk-through and claimed the apartment wasn’t “in a position to view” just because there were two bags sitting inside. Parking was a nightmare—there were never any spots available. The quality of construction was terrible. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional management ever. I lived in the Reserve on 77 and had nobody responding to emails or maintenance requests unless I followed up multiple times. Extremely rude and just straight up unprofessional, had final walkthrough and Corrine Beetison or CHARLOTTE OLBERDING, whoever did it was extremely rude to my mother who was there in my place and now is refusing to clarify and email us back after we were charged an extra 150+ dollars for fees out of our deposit that were never brought up du... read more
