DP Management LLC is a well-staffed and responsive property management company. They provide regular check-ins and consistently great communication, making them easy to work with on our projects. We'd gladly recommend them.
If you’re considering renting at any of their properties, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Their customer service and response times have been extremely disappointing. During a period of 90–100+ degree temperatures and heat warnings, our air conditioning was out for over 72 hours. Probably not a bad business but employing John Worden is a horrible mistake. Most despicable person I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Run away from anything he’s associated with.
