I was visiting some friends in the area and had placed an online order for delivery when I arrived back at the local hotel I was staying at. My order was confirmed with a delivery time. However, there was no further communication provided by the restaurant and my order never arrived. Not only did they fail to inform me of my delivery status or that would not be delivering it all, they have yet to refund me.Ā
Lied about their hours. Wasted time and money. Didnāt get my food.Ā
You canāt deliver 3 calzones after 2 hrs? PATHETIC. You didnāt have time to leave? Why offer delivery if you canāt handle it? Also, if you are going to continually hang up on a paying customer after you promise to deliver after 40 min and are rude to her and not explain your refund policies, please donāt be surprised when they keep calling back and asking when the refund they are entitled to will be processed. This is common courtesy for all businesses, so I was not harassing you :) THANK YOU :)Ā
