You can’t deliver 3 calzones after 2 hrs? PATHETIC. You didn’t have time to leave? Why offer delivery if you can’t handle it? Also, if you are going to continually hang up on a paying customer after you promise to deliver after 40 min and are rude to her and not explain your refund policies, please don’t be surprised when they keep calling back and asking when the refund they are entitled to will be processed.
