(Update: requested a refund, manager said they would. Never got refunded. Thieves. Don't eat here. )We placed our order online, but realized we wanted to make a change to it. When we called the store they put us straight on hold multiple times, even after waiting 5+ minutes on hold. One guy even answered the phone asking us to hold again and hung the phone up. tried to redeem a calzone from a previous order that was messed up, and the manager REFUSED to do my full order. all i asked for was the two calzones they did not make to my specifications, and then i asked for two family deals on top of my order they already messed up, and they refused, even though they said id get my next order free. i will not be returning
