We have a trademark dough recipe which we use to make our dough, in-house and from scratch each day. Gabe demonstrated great customer service! He was eager to help & was very knowledgeable of my questions. My food was great also!
Ordered online and when the time slot came and went, I called the restaurant to ask about my order. The worker who picked up the food was very rude during the interaction and told me that I’d just have to wait. So I waited, and waited, until they closed and didn’t get my order delivered to me. They made me wait 3 hours for nothing. If you want to get food late at night these guys are not reliable and you are better off making the calzone yourself. Could probably make it faster!
Service was horrible, I was not getting anything but my friend was refused his order with no refund. He was not able to show a receipt because he didn’t receive it, but the employee admitted to remembering which calzone my friend ordered and still refused.
