It's unclear if this location is still in business and will reopen upon student return. Summer hours are posted, but I haven't seen it open in a long time. Mail is littering the floor in front of the door suggesting no one's been there in quite a while. The last time I visited, the restrooms had been heavily vandalized. Staff had removed signs and were telling people the public restrooms did not exist.
Dp don't go!! Rather have little Caesars
I've been a regular at this location for a while now, and while the food is decent for what is is- the customer service experience has become more and more frustrating, and honestly, it's reaching a point where it outweighs the convenience. Gabe is the only reason I've continued to give this place ANY business. He's always EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and treats customers with respect. Gabe demonstrated great customer service! He was eager to help & was very knowledgeable of my questions. However the female manager could be very rude & unprofessional. I always give credit where credit is due and feedback to help with improvement . This place definitely needs a few improvements. The manager needs to work on team building. The GM needs to be aware of these issues. The nasty trash old can in the dining room needs to be replaced . As well as professional display of signs.
