The crew did a great job, they completed big project in a week (building a stone patio and a sidewalk, replacing existing asphalt driveway with stones) and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. They knew exactly what they were supposed to do. The work was done satisfactorily both as and when requested. Company was responsive to request for a quote. Options were explained clearly. We are VERY happy with the work, price, professionalism of Newstar! They created a two-tier, semi-circular patio in the back, and a tapered sidewalk in the front. Now, almost five years later, the bricks are all in very good shape. We did have two pop-up this spring, but i just tapped them back into place, with no obvious repercussions. No other issues with the bricks. The only minor disappointment is that grass growth within a foot or so of the sidewalk is not great. Maybe not enough soil on top of the sand? I'm not sure.
