I booked an appointment on the fresha app. I turned up to my appointment and a confused man answered the door. I said I booked through the fresha app and he said oh maybe she didn't see it. Very unprofessional. I found the business page on Facebook and sent a messege telling her that I had an appointment booked etc. Was told she was unavailable...
