Great experience at Aksarben Eye Care! The facility is very nice, and check-in was quick and smooth. Dr. Dozon did an excellent job explaining everything and made the whole process easy to understand. It had been about 20 years since I’d seen an eye doctor (LASIK doesn’t last forever!), and I was impressed with how efficient and accurate everything was in getting my vision corrected. Very caring
My Mom has dementia so I called this place (after reading the glowing reviews) to see if that would be ok. The ladies that answer the phones and do other things are great. Anyway, she said that would be no problem. I take my Mom in and I couldn’t believe how completely rude this doctor was!!! He talked to us like we were morons and just kept saying, “well, she waited too long so there’s nothing I can do”. She has cataracts for crying out loud.
