0/5 Terrible service. Rude and unprofessional people, do not waste your time. Took my Cadillac Escalade back multiple times after they supposedly ‘fixed’ it. Kept charging more, returned without no gas (tank was filled when dropped off) and did not return engine cover.
It is such a great feeling to have a local business in East El Paso that strives to provide the best automotive repair service to the community. They do amazing work, and they do it right the first time. If there is any concern they will make it right immediately instead of trying to avoid you. Their shop is clean. They aim for a great customer experience and their prices are very fair! They will keep your vehicles going. Both my Jeeps are approaching 400,000 miles. Thanks Dozal!
People don't go there they are scammers I had took my Chrysler there and they had put only water in my radiator and wrong spark plugs on my car made my car worse and had charged me a lot of money
