I loved my visit at the dojo.. It was different approach on working out that allowed me to push myself to limits I’ve never had before. I definitely recommend everyone to take a class the owner brings such a unique vibe to the place and encourages you in the best way possible… will be returning soon

Today after being in the car for six a half hours with my two kids…it was a must for them to get out some bottled up energy! Hands down, I couldn’t have imagined a better stop! Miguel greeted us with excitement and was extremely personable. My seven and eleven year old were both focused on his instructions and learned so much! Excercise took a whole different meaning and level at this amazing spot, training like a real ninja warrior showed me how much i needed this, never seen or worked out the way i did here and it was awesome, highly recommended.
