The Mgr at this store confuses being polite and friendly with good customer service. I picked up some scissors I had sharpened. I had paid for the service when I dropped them off. I forgot my receipt but the employee said it was ok. I left the store and , to my shock, the store then called my wife and demanded I bring the $15 receipt in or they would call the police!
