Richard Gaibler, himself is a wonderful knowledgeable, and true doctor. Doylestown health, however is awful, unorganized and terrible at communicating. Upon calling for a same day appointment today, a triage nurse calls me back and tells me to rest and take mucinex just to be safe, and then test for covid tomorrow. This was after I informed her twice of respiratory issues, sore throat, cough, flu like symptoms. I insisted seeing Dr Gaibler would be more helpful than what you’re telling me. New patient, front office was professional and well organized. Staff were very good, Dr Gaibler was one of the best doctors I've visited. He was very thorough and professional while being personable. Rk
I personally have had no negative experiences with Dr Gaibler. My old doctor diagnosed me with an under active thyroid via blood work. Dr Gaibler took a look at my results and told me it was not an under active thyroid. He gave me the correct diagnosis. The only problem I do have is with the front desk. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail and nobody really calls me back.
I have been going to Dr. Gaibler since the mid-'90s and have always had great appointments. He is a friendly and excellent Physician who is knowledgeable, caring, and listens! He takes time to understand and provide thorough explanations to my questions. In addition, his staff and nurse have always been outgoing and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new GP.
I have always had a positive experience any time I have requested to see Dr. Gaibler. He is an excellent Physician with many outstanding qualities. He is most knowledgeable, extremely caring, professional, and always takes the time to provide thorough explanations to my numerous questions. His staff has always been efficient & pleasant toward me. Based on my previous 5 years of having Dr. Gaibler as my Physician, he has always run on or very close to schedule. I would recommend Dr. Gaibler very highly.
