Was seen by Dr. A Smallwood, i felt that she was dismissive, unprofessional, and uncaring. She rushed through the appointment swiftly like she was checking off a box. She would ask me a question but then not give me a moment to answer. Horrible experience. The office staff is very friendly and helpful so I gave two stars instead of one.
I’m surprised by the low reviews. Sure, medical offices can get busy and service isn’t always perfect, but I’ve had excellent care with Dr. Welsh and her team. The nurses and prescription staff are great, and Dr. Welsh listens closely, digs into details, and genuinely cares. I always feel well looked after by her and her team. And my husband feels the same.
This practice is the worst! I have been waiting THREE WEEKS for a return call! Even after leaving a message with the “Office Manager” who seems to manage nothing! All I have done is chase them to try and get an answer to a simple question / message I left for Emilie Kulesza, NP. And god forbid you ask to see an MD, as they are NEVER available! I am done with this practice! They are so unprofessional, it’s pathetic!
I’ve been having a tricky time finding a primary doctor I am happy with. I finally found one! I had my initial visit with Dr. Angad Khalsa. She was wonderful and thorough. She answered all of my questions and connected me with the specialty doctors I needed. She even took the time to write down places that would accept my insurance. Let me start by saying I have been coming to this practice since 2019. I continued to go because I know how difficult it is to find quality care, and Emily Kulesza, CRNP is a fantastic practitioner. However, everything else about this practice is horrendous. I honestly don’t know where to start with the issues and sincere neglect that I’ve experienced.
