Limited experience with this company. Although limited my impression is not favorable and 3 stars at a stretch. I placed an order for custom made thermopane windows and screens. In all there were 16 with 4 of them over 70”. When I went to pick them up I was quite dismayed to find that they had no protective bumpers or coating to protect them scratches etc.. These were being transported to NJ 125 miles away. The overall cost was over $2000 and I only hope the quality of the windows exceeds the customer service.
GREAT SERVICE EVEN BETTER PRICE! – Having a five year old this place is perfect for me! My wife has a mirrored curio, and glass top table in our kitchen. Both have been at some point broken/ chipped. These guys replaced both for a great price! The guys are really easy to work with and even helped put it in my car! Thanks guys I don't think I'd go anywhere else!
Don't Fix Their Mistakes – I took two pieces of glass I needed to have cut to fit a large frame I had made. I needed the two pieces of glass to be cut the same width. They cut one piece about a half inch two short. They also got permanent marker on my wood frame and I am not sure if I can get that out. When I showed this to the manager he stated that they will not do anything to replace the glass because I brought it in. Now I am on the hook for a new piece of glass and possibly having to replace the wood that they marked up... read more

He brought in custom silkscreened glass to be cut down. His frame was actually five loose pieces of wood in a trapezoid shape with a middle piece that wasn't centered. We told him that we would not replace his glass if we damaged it. We cut his glass to fit the frame. He returned saying we should have cut it into two equal widths even though his frame was not equal. We gave him a full refund but he wanted us to supply a new piece of custom glass for free.
Best place to buy glass – Recently purchased a large piece of glass to cover a table top. After calling around to numerous local vendors Doylestown Glass was by far the friendliest with the best quality and price! A real gem
Reccomend I have been to Doylestown Glass Co on several occasions to have glass cut for several odd sized frames that broke. They were so quick getting the glass out and the prices are very reasonable. I would go here again and again.
Quick work I brought my car to Doylestown Auto glass to have a chip in my windsheild repaired. I thought it would take a good hour or so, but they were done with it in twenty minutes flat and it was prety cheap too.
