We recently moved to the area and wanted to patronize a local business. We got excellent advice and service from Brad Nicklas at their new location. The father and son installers were extremely careful with our new home and the carpet looks great. I’d say Brad went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers.
I appreciate my hometown “Doyle’s Carpet!” They are good people and they go out of their way to give you the best deal. I believe in supporting our local businesses, that are not associated with a chain. The clients that I have recommended Doyle’s to, have always enjoyed working with them Loved the service and the prices.
Great service and staff! Went by the store yesterday to “window shop” for flooring for basement bathroom, was given no-pressure options and information about different types from in-stock to vinyl remnants. Returned the next day to purchase, in and out in about 30 minutes. Pat was very kind, helpful, and informative! Made sure I knew the cleaning instructions, product information, and that I had the correct adhesive for installation. Team was helpful in rolling flooring and helping load into SUV. Going to a small town shop, you would expect good service. If you go to Doyle’s you will NOT get any service. Save yourself some money…. don’t get treated bad, and go to a different store. 👋
