Stay away! They charge 400 for a service call to come out and look at an alarm system. Customer service is terrible. It’s like they don’t care. Customer service reps will try and have someone come to you just so they can charge a service fee. Which is crazy as a business owner my self I would never charge a service fee. STAY AWAY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF
