Great service and prices
The team did a great job designing and building my new sails and the after-sales support has been incredible. They’ve gone out of their way to help me out mid-regatta several times.
I asked for a pair of sails to be made and the workmanship seems fine, however it was not done in the colours I asked for. The sales person requested I leave my original sail for a copy to be made, which I did. After waiting for six or so weeks I requested my sail back so I could use it. At that time I was told it had been measured and was in line to be made.a few weeks later I when I received the sails I found the colours wrong. Was told that was because I picked my sail and there was nothing to go by. No notes on the plan?... read more
