Above comment makes me lose confidence in google review sometimes. I had periodontal surgery and Dr. Melisa is wonderful. I do not like to wait and behind schedules. But most important thing is whether I get best treatment and care. Medical procedure ran behind is not unique situation. I prefer let the doctor to be late and perfect done. I am glad that I did not read that review before I went to Dr. Melisa because I trusted my primary general dentist and her referral. Was told to enter th building and have a seat. I was early, but 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I still had not met or been greeted by anyone. At this point my confidence was lost, and I made the decision to leave. If you value your time do not go here.
