They came and did almost nothing. Ran the AC (that was having issues) for over and hour. When I pointed out there was a burning smell, the "technician" said he didn't know what was wrong with the unit and wanted to push it to see if anything happens. In the end, no answer and he only offered to replace the unit for $2,000 more than 5 other companies I called after he left. To add, I was originally told to pay cash to avoid tax.
