I tried calling this company and it goes to Angie's List, they read a lengthy disclosure about how they are "putting you in touch" with their contractor (aka selling your info). Do not recommend.

They were able to come out within the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to come up with a plan to resolve everything within a more than reasonable time frame!
