I live in Meadow Woods Lane, Lawrenceville, NJ. The association paid this company to patch up my door frame, which the wood is all rotted and had detached from the bricks, instead of replacing the wood, they used wood glue and toxic materials to blend in with the rotted wood. Also use wood that not made for outside door frame And put paint all over the bricks that surround my door. This company helped out by looking at a skylight in Whitehall Manor. We needed to close on the property quickly and they came out, wrote up a report and sent it to the association very quickly so that we could request a credit and close!
Pathetic and unprofessional. An employee working for this group by the name of Erik Stanislawczyk decided it would be a good idea to plow snow onto my parking spot when I was away from it during a storm. Thankfully, I arrived just in time to stop the process. After quickly parking in my spot before it was filled with snow, I told the employee that I had every right to park there as a result of me being a tenant of the property.
