Long-term tenant (5 years) at Kingstown Apartments. At move-out, Doyle & Associates Realty management enforced a $400 security deposit deduction for replacement of old window wood and trim that pre-dated our tenancy. The windows were already aged when we moved in and had been discussed previously due to winter drafts. Based on our experience-- expectations around normal wear and tear were unclear. I recommend future tenants document everything carefully.

Sal Valdez was extremely helpful and walked me through the process of selling some property .He answered all of my questions . I am extremely happy with the outcome and how fast we were able to finalize everything. I highly recommend!
Worst mistake I ever made buying a home from this gentleman and trusting him to be my agent and the sellers this guy did nothing but lie to. Me and my wife. I work out a state and my wife was down in Alabama. Lied so he could make a sale told me that the water was good. In the home and I've. Had? Nothing. But? Water problems since I moved in I've had 3 different systems in here and can't get the water clean enough for my kids and wife and me to drink. Kendra Hughes of Doyle Realty, was an absolute gem to work with when my family had to sell our parent's home. We grew very close as she helped us list, show and navigate the sale of the house.
