Hired Acker Excavating over a month ago to hook our new home to the village sewer system. They put us off time and again, always with an excuse. After several broken promises of dates they would be there, the final straw was when they said they didn't come out because of a chance of rain, it was a zero chance day, and they knew they weren't going to be out the next day because they were going to have an emergency. We found someone else that start the day after we called them.
