0n 16th Sep 25 I had an appointment for my little dog with the wonderful new vet, Dr Melissa. I just want to thank her for how caring and understanding she was to both me and more importantly my little ‘Olly’. She was so patient and explained everything in simple terms. Dr Melissa clearly understood just how important my dog ‘Olly’ is to me, and it is appreciated 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Our 15yr old Maltese always receives great care by the vets and nurses. Reasonable charges and efficient service.

Brought my dog here 6 months ago and told vet she is a bit lame on back leg. Vet said oh no they do that but it’s from the front leg.WRONG. Came back again and another absolutely rude vet said I don’t believe they told you that basically calling me and my wife liars. Made an appointment to have X-rays done took time off work arrived on the day and time they had booked to be told no booking was made. Why do I have a card with this time and date then. No good response given
