Dowty services our mini-split system in our pavilion. Their HVAC maintenance program is affordable and reliable! They reach out to schedule service and on any troubleshooting they are quick to reply and address the issue. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to have a local HVAC company in Carteret County for our HVAC service and repairs.

I'm from hickory, north carolina, up in the moorhead city area, helping out a friend and I needed a refrigerant tank adapter, that no supply chain within a two hour radius had in stock. One of the technicians for this company met me in his parking lot and gave me 1 for free.Would not even take a tip for it. What an awesome guy that has to reflect great quality from these people. Thank you

SPECTACULAR !! This Company and Brad the owner have gone above and beyond. The service could not have been any better, the price was good and everything Brad told me was on point. He installed a new unit at the house. I will never use anyone else. Thanks so much and stay COOL.

Dowty Air Conditioning had put their cape on tonight. A late night call to them and Brad came like Superman. I was at work late and my kids and wife were home and the a/c went out and was extremely hot In my house. Brad came to save the day at our home late at night and fixed my A/C and worked on it until it was done. Now my family can sleep comfortably and cool thanks to Dowty Air Conditioning late night service. We highly recommend this company and will always be our number one call.
