Worst legal experience of my life. They dropped the ball in a significant way, leaving my friend and their client terribly exposed. They also provided inadequate advice on his will, resulting in us having to go to an alternative firm and pay an additional $3k to have it redrafted (did you know foreign beneficiaries attract an overall fee on the estate of 1.5%? The lovely Mary Turco (of Dowson Turco fame) handled conveyancing for our new investment unit in hopping Kangaroo Point Brisbane this month. What a joy it was to have Mary shepherding our purchase.
