What a complete waste of time. I contacted this company and spoke to Cindy over a week ago. She asked for all my information which I sent her the next day and followed up with a phone call. By Wednesday of the following week I called back and she said she did not have my email so I resent it again she replied back immediately saying I would have a quote and I never received anything. Excellent all-around experience. A friend who has about eight lifts installed by Dows recommended them to me. I contacted them, and they were very helpful in helping me decide on which lift would work best for me. Installation was scheduled about a week later, and the lift was installed today. The installers were very professional, showing me how to use it and how to maintain it.
Highly recommend, was looking for a lift and was recommend this place by a worker. Joey reached out to me on a sunday and saved me a bundle. Will recommend to anyone who needs a lift or service. Fast response and service.
