Always accommodating with scheduling times for repairs, adjustments, or opening and closing of the system . Interacted with one of their technicians, Rick, a few times and he was very proficient and quickly identified, and fixed problems. That saved me money, and he is always willing to answer by questions while he worked. - Very customer oriented.

Scheduling was professional and on time. Chris was assigned to complete our spring service. I am extremely pleased with the updates and personable service he provided. I have used Down Under Irrigation for 7 years and have always received this level of service at reasonable rates.

At first he did a great job and priced inline or below others. The last job he did for me was 2 zones in a yard of 60 by 25 ft (about 1500 sq/ft)...5 Hunter PGP's on 1-zone and Pro-sprays on the others. Price was $1200 for this!...I moved and got a larger home and another business (in biz much longer) was 6 zones covering about 11,000 sq/ft and was $2,400...30 PGP's and 7 pro sprays... The post cards people get in the fall is crazy for blowouts...You do not even ask for service and you need to pay? How about leaving the Hunt... read more
Good Installation We have had our sprinklers for six years now without a problem. They offer service to winterize and also turn them back on in the spring. I don't even have to think about it, I get a postcard in the mail.
Dependable Eric from Down Under Irrigation installed my irrigation system over 8 years ago and it is still working great. He is always available to help out if I need any parts and shows up each fal to winterize the system
