So I came here for the dog wash… which was a great disappointment and quite a disaster. I came here to wash my dog because my hot water heater at my house is broke and is being replaced in a few days. 1st,, the water was way too cold 2nd,, the soap that came through took forever, all the while charging me a $1 a min 3rd,, when the conditioner came out so did a funky rotting smell 4th,, the hose and handle was way too balky, my hand and arm kept getting tire 5th,, which is the most disturbing, is after me putting my dog throu... read more
The dog washes are always down at most locations..This location has had a simple piece missing for at least a month. Just a wire and clasp to hold your dog in place while you wash them.. I've been sitting waiting 45 mins for the other stall to open..As much money as they charge for car washes you would think they could afford a 5 dollar piece. Going to tractor supply for my dog washes from now on..
Samuel was really energetic and it was very refreshing to see. Had a great first time, definitely going there more from now on and telling my family.
