Vehicle owners beware of this detail shop; The downtown-er in Cape Coral Florida. We had taken in a 2021 Kia in for detailing. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was found all the black trim around the windows ( Finish was removed from trim) The detail-er explained that it was sun damage, vehicle is kept in a garage. The manager advised that we should contact Kia, it was their vehicle defect. The same day, the vehicle was taken to Kia for a vehicle inspection. I have used the Downtowner Car Wash SE since 2015, and have been pleased with the results, with one exception. The inside of the windshield has not been free of film about every other wash in the past year. I have brought it back several times to get it recleaned, and they redo it very well, but I don't like to have to do this, With my last wash I explained this to the person taking my order and he wrote a note on the windshield and placed a yellow card on the dash. Excellent had wax and detailing. Aaron and Dan were the detailers. The additional cost for applying a leather protectant to the seats is well worth it. I get my Navigator hand waxed about every four to six months. The exterior finish still looks showroom new.

Mike B. - Wow what a difference in before and after, it was like a new vehicle when they were finished with my SUV. The paint had a great smooth shine. Awesome job Jonathan and Lunad - Lope recomended the Clay Bar when I checked in - it made a tremendous difference in the shine of the car.
Nick detailed my truck, did an outstanding job. Also when I went to leave car wash, They had found a money clip i had lost 6 months ago. I found the money clip with the money still in it in the cup holder. The manager was Ryan. Great job everyone..
