Best optometry clinic ever!!!!! Dr Norris and everyone are the absolute best.
I had the best experience during my eye exam and fitting of Meta glasses. Dr. Sherri is awesome by making sure that im comfortable and giving a cleaning to my old glasses. Ana for the fitting of Meta Rayban glasses. Carlo for the walk through and tips of the glasses since i don't like reading the manuals. I will definitely recommend and will be back again.

I had a fantastic experience at Downtown Vision Care in Calgary! Lana was absolutely amazing—she was polite, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to clean and repair my old pair of glasses, which I really appreciated, and helped me choose a new pair with great professionalism and care. Her customer service went above and beyond, and it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to Lana and the team at Downtown Vision Care for the excellent service. I recently visited Downtown Vision Care. As have in the past and had an excellent experience. I needed spare contact lenses, and the team helped me right away—no hassle, no questions asked. I also ordered a new set of contacts, and the whole process was quick and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly go above and beyond. This has been the best vision care experience I’ve had downtown. Highly recommended. Best in the city as far as I am concerned..
