if you got something in your eye and you want to get it out, don't go there, that's the worst place you can go. Waited 2 hours almost paid $40 for parking and they were gonna charge me. For looking at my eye without taking anything out. I'm still waiting for my appointment with the specialist that they were gonna make me. I could have gone blind by now. Best optometry clinic ever!!!!! Dr Norris and everyone are the absolute best.
I had the best experience during my eye exam and fitting of Meta glasses. Dr. Sherri is awesome by making sure that im comfortable and giving a cleaning to my old glasses. Ana for the fitting of Meta Rayban glasses. Carlo for the walk through and tips of the glasses since i don't like reading the manuals. I will definitely recommend and will be back again.

I had a fantastic experience at Downtown Vision Care in Calgary! Lana was absolutely amazing—she was polite, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to clean and repair my old pair of glasses, which I really appreciated, and helped me choose a new pair with great professionalism and care. Her customer service went above and beyond, and it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to Lana and the team at Downtown Vision Care for the excellent service. Highly recommend!
