I had an emergency with my cornsnake, Peach, after she was bitten by a cat. The clinic was able to squeeze us in the same day, even though they had a full schedule - and I’m so grateful they did. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, even when Peach decided to wedge herself inside a furniture fixture mid-exam. They handled her so gently, took the time to explain everything clearly, and showed me how to give her injections at home. This vet clinic is definitely overcharged. Went and ask for a quote for my pet 's surgery, and compared their price with another good vet clinic, this vet clinic overcharge almost 1000 Canadian dollars. If you are a hard working pet parents like me, make sure you compare with other vet clinic. Beware of this Vet office.
When we had hedgehogs we took them to Dr Kate, and now for the past 4 years we have been taking our cats and dog to see her. Dr Kate is honest, practical, punctual, and friendly. She and her staff and realistic and respectful about our cat and dog that are stressed and terrified at the vet, and always work with us to find the best way to treat the two with dignity, safety, and respect while ensuring that their staff is safe as well. The staff was welcoming. The office was clean and tidy. Parking was across the street or metered at the front. The vet was friendly, very knowledgeable about guinea pigs, honest and upfront about costs. The experience was great and I will return for any future needs.
It is a nice place.
