Can't say enough good things about Downtown Vet and the entire staff. They are knowledgeable, caring and give a level of personal service that I haven't found in other clinics. Our cats can be very difficult for others to handle and Downtown Vet was firm but gentle for their complete checkup. My kitties also loved that they got rewarded with treats! Very organized. Great support staff. Reasonably priced too. Thank you Downtown Vet for being here in Chelsea.
I first found Dr. C. W. Schaubhut through a friend’s referral at the East Village Veterinarian, where he cared for my ferrets with the same attention and respect he later gave my dogs. My senior cat loved his visit today. Treated very gently. He had a complete checkup, which included fluids, and even though he’s around 18, he is lively and hasn’t napped yet since he came home. Reasonably priced; had to put my name on a wait list, but worth it.
Have been coming for years and they are the best!
I've been going to Dr. Schaubhut for my cats since 2000. He and Dr. Ficarra are excellent and caring. The staff is great as well.
