Loved my experience here at Downtown Veterinary clinic with Dr. Ficarro. It was our first visit (she came recommended by a friend who has 2 dogs), and it was a follow up after my dog had to go to emergency. Firstly her team were organized. Paperwork I had emailed was organized neatly into a folder ready to go on first visit. Follow calls were made to make sure we knew our visit time. I was disappointed to call the clinic and be dismissed very quickly over the phone, told to email the doctor, which takes about 1-2 weeks to get a response. Most recently, they even told me on the phone that they have no record of my dog as a patient, despite paying hundreds of dollars at this practice. It’s concerning to think someone is caring for your dog and suddenly they lost all of their records after less than one year. I think they were fine for when we needed them, but needless to say we’ve switched care providers.
