They sold me the wrong coil and refused to exchange it.
I have always ordered online. With the new take over, it has been an extremely disappointing experience. No one let's you know when juice is out of stock or when they are getting more in. I have been a customer for over 5 years and they carry my favorite juice, it is very unfortunate.
RecommendedKnowledgeable and helpful staff, who cater to both the average and advanced user.
I have to give it to this place. They have great products for newbies AND seasoned vapers alike. They also have great CBD products that work wonderfully. They also have great art on the wall and a shelf of comic books too. The staff is very helpful and polite and you can't really ask for more.

What a friendly and welcoming shop!!! I needed a new vape after a few of my older ones broke, so I came to this shop which was highly recommended by a few co workers of mine. The dark haired girl behind the counter who helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me select a vape that fit my needs even better than the vapes I had previously owned! I'm new to the area so I really appreciated all the help! Will recommend to others and will certainly be returning for further purchases!!!!
