I recently had my prius service a few times over the course of a couple of months. At first things didn't go well and I left a low review. However, Findlay went and mad it right. I know it wasn't easy but they fix our headlight and now it's working perfectly. I don't like the cost needed to replace one headlight on the prius but I guess I will pay closer attention next time. Kyler was calm, clear and made it a better experience!
Service staff was excellent. Technician was very helpful and kept me informed on progress of repair. Their prices were fair and reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Quality of work was excellent. I wil recommend Findlay to anyone needing services on their vehicle.

Called to have them inspect my Hybrid cable prior to running out of warranty along with an oil change. They wanted $500 to inspect the cable. It's a 20 minute job for an untrained professional, did it myself. Found it to be corroded and went elsewhere to have it replaced since they price gouge. If you call around some will inspect it for free during an oil change and the highest I heard was $170. But $500? That's robbery.
