This Dealership and service department are very dishonest people, be very careful!!! When asked for help from a tech to pair a phone to a new Toyota, got the run around from 3 techs that the vehicle needed a new head unit and that it wasn’t covered by warranty. Later when arrived at the house turns out the phone needed an upgrade and not a $1700 unit that was quoted to be replaced at $180 per hour … watch your elderly parents not to get scammed by these scam artist. The will never see a dollar of our business!
