Walkable, arty downtown with ASU, museums and performance venues nearby. Lots of different restaurants as well.
In my opinion, Tempe is the best city in the valley, with Tempe Downtown being its highlight. Its strength lies in the free streetcar service and the Orbit bus, which provides convenient transportation within the immediate Tempe Downtown neighborhood.
