If I could give them a ZERO I would!! They are FLAKES!! I booked two appointments after waiting for someone to call me back twice to schedule. Then they cancelled on me an hour before the day of my appointment which I arranged to get out of work early for. Re-scheduled again for another day and when I got there no one knew anything about my appointment (which I got out of work early for AGAIN)... 04/21/2014 I could not book through their website on 04/21/2014, which is the only way they want you to do it. I called on 04/21/2014 and had to leave a message to get help booking an appointment and no has called yet. NOT IMPRESSED. What has happened to customer service? I am currently unemployed and I feel I could do this company a favor, but it probably isn't even worth the effort if they don't want to try. I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau also. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!
Don`t do it! Provider isn't able to schedule you and if you finally get an appointment they cancel it with the excuse "the car broke down" - how old is that. For a new appointment they didn't call back or answered in any way. When I finally got the manager on the phone he was rude and insulted me which really shocked me! If they aren't able to schedule their clients and treat them respectful, they should change jobs into something without people contact!
