La habitación no era pulcra, había descuidos en la limpieza (en la cama había pelos, la cafetera estaba sucia y con café usado dentro). Todo bastante descuidado.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He is annoyed when you ask for help. FALSE INFORMATION REGARDING FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST! Isn’t that illegal? Hotel is nothing as it seems in the pictures. Worst
Horrible customer service. As a small business it should especially be exceptional service as that’s how you get more customers and better reviews. I had forgot my brand new Apple Pencil and pair of retainers in the room. I realized a couple hours after checkout and called the main guy. He had no interest in trying to help me and even felt annoyed with me. After trying to ask him questions about who cleans the room, he just hangs up on me. Wow, actually insane.
