We used Downtown Self Storage for a year while we were recently building a house. We thought we only needed 2 units, but when the moving crew was unloading we realized we needed 3. The friendly staff were able to accommodate our need on the spot. Our units were very clean and we never experienced any issues with security. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I would NOT recommend this facility. You are supposed to be able to rent a unit online and get immediate access. We rented online on a Sunday afternoon, and 6 hours later we were finally able to get in the unit. The guy had to come down, when he finally answered the "after hours" phone. We rented a spot to park a boat, and within two weeks of leaving it there, the trolling motor was stolen. 2/3 of everyone's things were GONE. Me and 3 other Hendrix students decided to split a unit. We opted for a combination lock so we could get into the unit whenever we wished, independent of each other. We used it from December - August. In December, a couple of days after the unit was in use, there was no lock on the unit. I purchased TWO more for added security, with no help from Downtown Self Storage.
